The Companies Act, 2019, (Act 992) stipulates that all companies registered under the law, regardless of size or public interest level, must be audited by auditors registered with ICAG and must file audited financial statements with the Registrar of Companies and Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA).
We carry out the external audit of our organization in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Public Sector Accounting Standards, International Financial Reporting Standards and International Standards on Auditing.

We also carry out internal auditing for our clients. Internal auditing is an independent, objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve an organization’s operations.
It helps an organization accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
The internal audit activity provides assurance that internal controls in place are adequate to mitigate the risks, governance processes are effective and efficient, and organizational goals and objectives are met.
This goes a long way to reduce fraud and misappropriation of resources to the minimum level, if not to eliminate it.
